
Our Group Classes
Our classes are designed to help you achieve your goals, whether it is building strength, increasing flexibility, or improving cardiovascular health. Every class is 60 minutes and all needed equipment is provided. All of our instructors are certified with years of experience.

Cycle
The cycle class is a high-intensity workout that is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and burn calories. This class takes place on stationary bikes, and participants will ride through a variety of terrains, all while following the beat of energizing music. It's suitable for participants of all fitness levels, as the resistance and intensity can be adjusted to match each individual's abilities.

HIIT
A HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class is a challenging and dynamic workout that combines short bursts of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest or low-intensity activity. It can be quite challenging, and may not be suitable for beginners or individuals with certain health conditions. Modifications or alternatives can be provided to make the class more accessible.

Swim
A swim class is a fun and effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and increase flexibility. Participants in a swim class will be led by a certified instructor through a variety of exercises and drills designed to target different muscle groups and improve technique. It is suitable for participants of all fitness levels, as the intensity and difficulty can be adjusted to match each individual's abilities.

Core and Cardio
A core and cardio class is a high-energy and effective workout that focuses on improving cardiovascular health and strengthening the core muscles. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises designed to challenge both the heart and the abdominal muscles. This class can be challenging, but modifications or alternatives can be made.

Yoga
A yoga class is an effective way to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall physical and mental well-being. Participants will practice a series of poses, while focusing on breath and mindfulness. It can be a gentle and effective form of exercise for participants of all fitness levels, an can be a valuable addition to any fitness routine to add meditation and relaxation.

Zumba
A Zumba class is a fun and upbeat workout that combines dance and aerobic exercise to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and tone the muscles. Participants will dance to a variety of music styles, including salsa, reggaeton, and hip hop, while following the lead of the instructor. This class is suitable for participants of all fitness levels and abilities.
